John is the president of JMT & Associates, LLC, a full-service Human Resources (HR) and Safety Consulting firm. The firm was established in 2002. The firm's mission is to add value to its client's business through effective utilization of their human capital resources. JMT & Associates, LLC provides a variety of comprehensive human resources and employee safety services customized to meet the client's needs.

After serving six years in the U.S. Navy, John's human resource and safety experience began in 1988 as the personnel representative for a large food processing company. John's career
progressed through several fortune 500 companies. Each new position resulted in greater HR challenges and responsibilities. Career titles include human resources manager, division human resources manager and director of human resources. John's experience includes a variety of business types, sizes (up to several thousand employees), geographical locations throughout the United States and union status.

Education includes an Associates of Arts degree in computer science from Allegany College, a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Golden Gate University, an MBA from Golden Gate University and a Ph.D. in Business Management from Century University.

Teaching experience includes adjunct faculty at Kent State University and the University of Maryland. John is a national member of The Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).

John has held several key social group positions including HR association president, multi-county workforce development group chairperson, safety council chairperson and Chamber of Commerce president. He is currently a member of the local HR association and safety council.

John has published several books on the topic of HR management to assist business owners, managers and supervisors in effectively managing the specific HR topics.
Sandra earned her Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Akron. She has a Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychology from Eastern Washington State College, where she also received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She has taught a variety of courses in psychology, motivation, employment law and human relations at Mount Union College, Akron, Cleveland State and Kent State Universities. Sandra worked for 19 years in a non-profit organization addressing organizational problems and employee issues.

Bonnie offers 15 years of diversified Human Resources experience in a variety of industries. Bonnie has expertise in the initial design and development of Human Resource departments and creation of Human Resource policies to ensure regulation compliance and "best practices." In the role of Human Resource strategic partner, Bonnie provides direction for organizations undertaking change initiatives and process improvement programs. As a Human Resource Change Agent, at the corporate level, Bonnie has created and implemented programs to improve operations, performed organizational diagnosis, provided executive and management-level training programs and administered all Human Resource functions to support operations. She has served companies from a diverse range of industries, including manufacturing, distribution and services. Bonnie holds a Master Degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix, and an undergraduate degree with Honors in Psychology and Education from the University of Iowa. She is a national member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Brad Sheely, EMTP

Brad offers 13 years of
manufacturing experience, 5 of those years as a Safety Team Leader. Brad's expertise in safety revolves around OSHA compliance issues, as well as, safety product recommendations. Brad has served on several Safety Boards including the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation Safety and Hygiene. He has received his certification from the State of Ohio as a Paramedic and Continuing Education Instructor. Brad has served as a volunteer paramedic in his local community for the past 12 years. He also serves on the Holmes County EMS Board as a Public Relations Officer. Brad has worked jointly with the American Heart Association as a Basic Life Support Instructor and Advanced Cardiac Life Support Instructor. Brad spends his free time with his wife, son, and daughter and is the Assistant Scout Master for the Boy Scouts of American Troop 315.
